ruined my white clothes with multiple stains. clothes have been treated so poorly that buttons have come off a shirt. they also delayed return of item without calling me to let me know before hand. never giving my clothes here again

Extremely rude staff at the front desk. Only reason for no doing business with this outlet is the attitude of the staff here.

I had a great experience here. They mended a shirt a pair of trousers and a backpack that had same issues for 120 rupees in less than an hour. Clear communication and done well.

The lady here is extremely rude and behaves as if she is providing the service for free. When I dropped off my clothes for dyeing, she was polite and spoke in proper English. However, when I returned to collect them, she refused to hand them over even when I showed a picture of the receipt. I explained that I had forgotten the physical receipt at home, and at that moment, she suddenly switched to Kannada, fully aware that I don't understand the language. I have no issue with learning Kannada, but she clearly took advantage of the situation and spoke to us very disrespectfully.

Had a great experience at Bandbox. The staff is extremely polite, professional, and attentive. They make you feel comfortable and ensure everything is handled smoothly. Service was good , and the team genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.
