This place is a scam. Do not trust, the service is extremely rude. They have the same logo, but they say that “we are Delhivery One” and it is different to Delhivery. There is nothing about Delhivery One, and then they say go to Warehouse. When we asked please tell us location of Warehouse, they say it is in Agara, no way of guiding or explaining how to get to warehouse.

Delhivery is one of the best courier services in HSR Layout. I received my consignment exactly on time as promised. The staff at the Delhivery office were very polite, helpful, and professional. Their service was fast, reliable, and offered at an affordable price. I’m very satisfied with their support and would definitely recommend Delhivery to everyone for safe and timely deliveries. This service is a scam. Please do not use it. They will ask extra money to provide insurance for your parcel. I bought the insurance before booking the pick up. I received damaged parcel and they denied my request stating terms and conditions which no one mentioned at the time of pick up.

Please have a look at the condition of the parcel received. I would like to know how Delhivery intends to compensate for this damage. Update: after contacting delivery they are saying pls contact seller and we are not responsible for any damages to the parcels. What kind of fairness is this aren't we are fooled to book fro using a brand. Update: yes, I have not used HSR Delhivery but I have used Delivery BRAND that is the whole point. The BRAND is saying you have not packed the content properly
