Service is fine here but there is only 1 person doing everything which might cause some delay and waiting. Also since he is a stressed old man .. his treatment of customer is in neutral tone. Otherwise.. it's a decent place with ample space to sit. They charge Rs.300 per kg as of August 2022. Place is right on 27th main road and easy to find. They do not have a Xerox machine.

Booked express service and it was pathetic. It took more than 5 days to deliver. Customer care does not reply back for complaints. Strongly recommend to try any other courier service provider

Even 1 star is too much for this. The lady at the receptionist, Pooja, makes false promises and doesn’t even communicate properly. She has not been trained and is very ill mannered. She will reply to you rudely or wont reply at all. Worst service ever. Even the owner doesn’t respond when she is contacted. My parcel is stuck now and I dont know what to do about it since nobody from this branch is answering me.

Very poor experience at DTSC HSR Layout. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful. She did not answer questions properly and behaved as if helping people was a burden. No basic courtesy, no patience, and zero professionalism. When we ask for clarification, she either ignores or responds arrogantly. This is a government service center, not a personal office. Staff should be trained to speak respectfully and guide people properly. Highly disappointed with the attitude and overall experience. Would not recommend this place unless absolutely necessary.

Pathetic service. They make false promises to take payment and then stop responding. The staff is rude and unprofessional. My parcel has been stuck with them for 2 months, containing perishable items. They neither delivered it nor returned it. After 5-6 visits, I received only a partial refund, and my parcel is still with them. Would not recommend this DTDC branch at all.
