My expensive package gets lost during shipping and no one takes responsibility. Just have to roam every now and then, without being able to recover the package.. not reliable…

Sure! Here's a paragraph you can use as a review: --- I booked a box with DTDC on 14th June, and it’s extremely disappointing that it has still not been delivered or returned. Despite several days passing, there has been no proper update or action taken. The delay is unacceptable, and the lack of response from DTDC’s customer service has made the experience even worse. This has caused a lot of inconvenience, and I would not recommend DTDC based on this poor and unreliable service

Newly renovated centre, looks clean n cool.. Also have Xerox Friendly reception, u can even buy covers, boxes for sending couriers. Quick n reliable

There is no rate card anywhere. These guys qoute random prices. My experience pertaining to 2 shipments, oct 29 and nov 13th both similar envelopes to same end location. Oct29 i was asked rs 120, nov 13th i was asked rs140, when questioned immediately changed to rs 120. God knows what is actual cost.
