My experience with ICL Bangalore/Sampangi Rama Nagara office is pretty much entirely informed by the help provided by Mr. Maheshwar of that office. I am a US citizen trying to return to the US with my two dogs; US law requires that I get a permit from US authorities, which is based on a lab test that can only be done in Dubai (no US certified labs for this test in India.) I was at my wit’s end trying to get these veterinary samples from Thrissur, Kerala to a lab in Dubai, the “good” courier services (DHL and the like) no longer transport biological samples domestically, only FedEx transports them internationally, and FedEx has now shut down its domestic offices in India except for Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi. After a ton of research, many added grey hairs and some restless nights, I found Mr. Maheshwar (he was recommended by people at the highest level at FedEx as the best person to do this in Bangalore) and ended up flying there. He and his very helpful assistant worked through their lunch hours (and then some) to make sure the sample was correctly packed – this included about an hour of his assistant’s time cutting a thermocool box to size to accommodate the required cold packaging and fit into the FedEx envelope – to make the FedEx cutoff and withstand the trip. After all the stress of getting this done (I would not have left my dogs in India, so my only option was to stay for the remaining years of their lives), it was so great, such an enormous relief, to get this taken care of. And to know that this task which was so important to me was in such good hands. At this point, I would never use any other courier – or anyone other than Mr. Maheshwar – if I had an international delivery from India. By their nature these deliveries are expensive and usually very important to senders, it is not the kind of thing with which one can afford to make mistakes or pick the wrong courier company. I would recommend that anyone who needs to arrange for one contact Mr. Maheshwar so that they can rely on the sort of accountability which is absent in so many Indian courier services. Mr. Maheshwar, thank you for saving my sanity, and best regards. I still need to send you a gift certificate for your missed lunch :)

I have used their service twice to send courier to USA. Both the instances the package was delivered to US in flat two days. No hassles in booking and packing. There are courteous staff who will take care and help you to ensure that the package is delivered to the correct place.

Lack of customer support no reply given to customers and also no proper system and clear communication is missing somewere

Don’t give to this company. They are dodgy and slow.

I don’t want to give 1 star also ,I’m Chandan from Bangalore ,on my cousin reference ,I had sent a courier to my sister from Bangalore to USA(California) on 22-12-2023,courier had reached her after 19days 9-1-2024 ,all things wer opened inside the box and spelled and oil is leaked all over the box and items and clothes,all the food is spoiled due to late handover of courier.
