Manager is not picking the call and not giving service on time

One of the worst and unprofessional service they have. Never opt for their services

My courier reached here five days ago Only once they tried to reach out The guy had absolutely no patience to listen to the address He cut my call in 18 seconds and didn't pick up calls by me and the sender The office picks up 1/10 calls too Now I'm ordering porter to get my product after realising they will never put any efforts into sending it

Parcel received by them on 22nd. They neither picked my call not delivered the parcel. Such a worst courier service. Looks like I should go in person to collect the courier. 👎👎👎😡 After complaining to professional courier customer care. The same day received the courier at home.

Very disappointing service. Our courier reached the Banaswadi branch 5 days ago, but it was never delivered. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no proper response, and no effort was made to initiate home delivery. We had to travel a long distance through Bangalore traffic just to collect it ourselves — which defeats the whole purpose of using a courier service. The staff was very unprofessional and lacked proper communication.
