They said within two days courier will be delivered but they took almost 7 days to deliver and they respond telling it is in another branch and we will send tommorow if it is so long they have tell them actual days to deliver but they give fake promise telling 2 days and take 7 days and due to this I was not able to provide important documents on time .please don't go professional courier take DTDC or Bluedart it is really helpful and this people are lazy and no proper response .

Worst behaviour, specially receptionist. I had a delivery of my baby food product. The product got delivered 5 days before itself. But these guys didn't even inform later after complaining they are calling me stating "you only come and pick ". Please dont do any business with these type of cheap people..

Poor response to the customer.. employees are not professional. They don’t ask properly for the required information at the end they blame us saying wrong information etc. always busy with cellphones no proper attention towards the customer.

Very bad. No body is picking up the phone. Worst service

Madam is good, male receptionist does not give proper service, I send medicine he does not send medicine bill to customer
