Very disappointing experience at Balaji fancy store price-to-quality ratio is way off — items are priced almost double compared to what they’re worth. On top of that, there’s no bargaining and no exchange policy, which is shocking for a store like this. What’s worse is that even if you receive a defective item, they refuse to replace it. Instead of exchanging it with a proper working one, they try to “fix it” in front of you — which is completely unacceptable after charging such high prices. Honestly, I do not recommend this store. There are far better places nearby that offer better service, quality, and customer respect.
