⭐ 0 stars if I could Extremely pathetic experience. The owner has no basic sense of how to handle customers. If this is a wholesale-only shop, then it should be clearly specified upfront instead of wasting people’s time and spoiling their mood. The behavior of the owner was shockingly rude and rebellious. Prices were misleading too,quoted lower while selecting items but increased at billing. This is highly unprofessional and unethical. Message to the owner: Learn to treat customers with respect, communicate your business requirements clearly, and practice some basic common sense before running a shop.

Very disappointing experience. I have never seen shopkeepers behave like this. They quarrel on every single point, and even their normal communication feels disrespectful. Every word from them makes you feel like they are demeaning you. What’s worse is that all the persons in the shop behave the same way. When I visited the first time, I thought maybe this is just their way of communicating. But during my second visit, I realized they simply don’t give value to anyone. It’s not only me — the customer before my billing was also quarreling with them, and the one after me too. This shows it’s a common pattern here. I only had a small discussion about the price, but they started arguing. When I said, “If you talk like this, I won’t come again,” they bluntly replied, “Don’t come.” That is the level of customer service they provide. There are plenty of shops in Chikpete where you’ll be respected and valued as a customer. If you want to waste your time and destroy your shopping experience, then visit this store — otherwise, I strongly recommend avoiding it.
