Worst place, no social distancing followed, very crowded place. Staff is lazy they take a lot of time to get your work done. At the end they collect fees without any receipt. Staff is money minded. They need to be removed.
We went to get our marriage certificate done, 1.Make sure you have a person who knows local language 2.Keep all your documents correctly, even if they fnd the slightest they will send you back home, where we went around 2-3 times 3.You will have to find an authority figure or an agent, only way to get your things done faster.
Horrible place , the staff is fast and efficient otherwise nothing gr8 about the office itself 3 counters for property registration and also other deeds and marriage certificates. There is no system in place to manage crowds it was quite crowded , ppl without masks and the office on first floor is a nightmare for elderly ppl. (2-3 today one of them was my uncle). No lifts , no proper seating available , and even the washroom was smelling pretty bad.
Applied for EC in this office. The lady officer behaves very strange. No space and/or seats for public seating/waiting. It seems like the public is prohibited from waiting inside the office. The officers ask u to wait outside and their behavior is also very rude towards public. Aged people please avoid this office - no seating and also no elevator. .
Everyone living in the surrounding area would have to visit sub registrar office for one or the other government related works. So, there is high footfall of visitors in this office. Post covid, none of the safety procedures are followed here. There are two sanitizer displayed at the entrance and a sanitizer spray cubicle. None of these are working. Infact, one of the sanitizer stand is used as dustbin. None of the employees are wearing mask or wearing it incorrectly. Just that the sub-registrar has a bottle of sanitizer in his chamber. This is the sad state of affairs in a government office. Let's hope that concerned authorities look into the gross mistake happening and correct it.
