I spent an hour trying to find the new address of this branch. It is bare minimum to update the new location on Google or at least your customer representatives should know this info. Unprofessional as hell.
This was the worst HDFC Branch office, laziest employees even for 5 mins work they will ask to come tomorrow, Iam closing my hdfc account
I would highly recommend to bank with HDFC and specifically their relationship manager, Tanya Dwivedi. She has a knack of understanding issues and helping the clients in the most effective manner. She is highly responsive and makes you feel valued as a customer.
