Very unprofessional.. When you give the cloths for stitch, they say..yes..yes.. and on the delivery date, they will say..need some more time.. and finally at the delivery time, you can see they stitched as per their wish, not what Customer wants.. if you say, they will tell you, you haven't told this and all..and blame the Customer.. But cost for stitching is world class...!! All the best wishes for Bismi Boutique and their future Customer.. N.B.: Don't go with 5star rating..it's given by the owner..

First they won’t deliver it on same day they assured . I gave saree also for stitching they made it dirty I asked this happened because of you they accepted saree immediately that they will do dry cleaning and they assured to give within 2 days but I went After 1 week as such they told today evening it will come next day same next day same finally it arrived but saree was new when I gave it came like people have used that. Then They didn’t even stitch that blouse properly I gave for alterations but when I went next day it still there in the table where they thrown that previous days . Very bad service.

Worst experience ever at this place. The staff here are extremely arrogant and have zero respect for customers.

Wow ! I think I got lucky that they didn’t stitch and I had to take back my cloth . I gave a blouse for stitching that too with a sample .They had 2 weeks with them and when I called on the delivery date , the owner who is so arrogant that he has the audacity to abruptly disconnect the call after saying that “ agar cal Karke remind karte toh milta abhi kal milega ya phir wapas lelo” Now reading the comments I realise they don’t just delay but their work is also bad and why won’t it be bcoz the day you call them , they will start the stitching and give it to u next day ! Very pathetic and unprofessional boutique and they charge so much and have don’t have decency while talking to customer too !

Don’t ever go to this place if you have any self-respect. The owner is extremely arrogant and has no idea how to talk to customers. I gave my saree for falls stitching and blouse work. When I asked if the saree could be given earlier, instead of simply answering yes or no, he asked what I would do with the saree without the blouse. That is none of his business. A customer only expects a clear response, not rude questions. They also have ridiculous fixed timing where blouses are given only in the evening. If they cannot manage customer needs or basic courtesy, they shouldn’t even run a business. Very bad attitude and worst customer service. I truly hope this store shuts down.
