I had got some platinum grade silicone casted in low quantities with them, they are highly accomodating to initial changes and knowledgable technically. The part finishing was very good and the different grades of shore hardness came out robust. Thanks team

I just bought their product and didn't still get a chance to work with it, but I gotta appreciate their customer service. Deepak (I think he is the owner of the store), is quite knowledgeable about the products and he guided me what to buy and also he took the initiative of booking a courier service to send it to my studio. Am pretty confident that he will guide me through if there is any problem with the product I bought from him. Lately good customer service has become a rare thing in almost every business and when you come across someone who actually take some time genuinely to explain about a product which you wanna buy and are a lil' confused about the same, you really feel good and valued. Most of all, the epoxy resin what I bought from these guys are quite reasonably priced. I'll definitely go back to them after finishing up the stock what I bought now. 😊
