Please fix the location correctly, there is no proper location for this bank.. went 2 times to different bank to findout this branch address.

I had a very bad experience at this SBI branch. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, as if they are the only ones working in SBI . They spoked in their own language and laughed at me just because I did not allow them to create my Internet banking password details. Shockingly, they even tore up a paper right in front of me, which was completely disrespectful and insulting. Such behaviour is unacceptable. Customers deserve courtesy and professionalism not arrogance and mockery.

The location shown on the map is not accurate, and the car loan section is at a different location which is not marked. However, the front office agent guided me properly with the directions. Very helpful and nice behavior. Appreciate the support.

I went in to operate a locker and discovered that I needed to open an account to link it. From the outset the entire process was completely seamless. Sowmya was exceptional very helpful and professional and nothing was ever too much trouble. Even though I had arrived with the wrong key she remained calm, reassuring and supportive throughout. I noted the whole team working together to ensure the best possible customer experience coordinating everything smoothly and without any difficulty. The staff here are well trained and possess excellent people skills. Public sector banks have truly come a long way and the staff at this branch clearly demonstrate that.
