Fantastic work done by Manager he's very much polite and fixed my internet banking issue with in few minutes 👌👏👏👏 But the lady sitting inside the her behaviour is worst. I just expected proper response first

One of the best sbi branches I have ever visited. Staff is very kind and friendly, especially manager Hyndhavi, office boy Sriram and Shubashini were very helpful. My service request is handled in time and was a great relief for me. I was not bothered like any other branches. Thank you team for helping me.

If you're going to open a new savings Account which is No minimum balance this point will help you. 1. Personal insurance isn't mandatory it's optional but manager will keep on pushing you for it. 2. It'll take around 3 hrs to open account with same address aadhar proof not a quick thing. 3. Initial deposit also isn't mandatory but they'll tell you to deposit 2k. 4. To collect Debit after a week they'll again inform you to maintain balance even though it's a zero account.. 5. Early in morning 10-12 they'll do this later on you know they're hell busy. 6. Fewer other options for zero account hence, last is this bank. SBI - 😴 🏦 India Hope it's helpful...

Visited this branch recently and the staff were extremely responsive and gave very good service. Although there were long queues, Anitha and Subashini Mam at counter were really patient to attend my countless queries. Later I was referred to the manager, She was very polite as opposed to the common notion of rude managers at the SBI Had a good experience!
