I had booked a cake for my birthday, it tasted very bitter... there is only fraud at this shop, nothing else... when I called and told them, they started abusing me.
I ordered a half cake on 19th April for my daughter's 6-month annaprashan ceremony scheduled on 28th April at around 12:00 PM. I had clearly mentioned the time while placing the order, but they incorrectly noted it as 2:00 PM. When I reached at 12:20 PM, they told me the cake wasn’t even prepared and asked me to wait for 3 hours, which is completely unacceptable for a pre-order. I had taken half-day leave from my job just to collect the cake on time, and this kind of mismanagement ruined an important family occasion. Very disappointing service. Worst experience ❌ I am never going to order a cake again in my life
