The worst kind of store and the customer service one could get. They have zero ethics and if I could, I would rate them 0 here. I had purchased fabrics woth 3k approximately on JULY 2021 and got it stitched as an anarkali and the person at the Billing counter while getting the money told me that it can be handwashed using mild detergent and so I did. The fabrics completely shrunk and the dress is of no use now. Nearly 4.5k total money wasted on this garbage kind of store and I did contact them with all the proofs and the original bills which were provided. They had the nerve to say that it is to be dry washed and should not be washed in water after when they knew that it has created a problem. When I told that I had done as I was instructed they ghosted me and refused to return my money nor replace it with equivalent valued fabrics ! The worst kind of customer service and they lack ethics in doing the business. Even while at the store they only want to mint money without even knowing how much fabric is required for a person and oversell so that they can money from the customers. Never going back to this place!

I visited Rupam Sarees and was thoroughly impressed by their outstanding fabric collection. The variety and quality of materials available are truly exceptional from soft cottons to unique prints and designer weaves.

If you want to be treated like trash, please go here. Absolutely no humanity or kindness towards customers. They literally use cuss words on your face. And if you’re Tamil speaking who doesn’t know Hindi, you won’t even get to know that they’re swearing at you. Right from the staff to the owner at the billing counter have a very very bad attitude issue. Talking about their fabrics and pricing, the same fabrics are available at stores closer them in the same area for 30% less price. Along with good customer friendly behaviour.

While the collections are extremely good, the price is on the higher side. Having known to have the shop in Sowcarpet they should give us better price.

They have outstanding blouse material collections. I went in search of sequin material but bought something entirely different but the purchase was worth it. The price is worth its quality. I bought a 1 metre store work material for ₹1500/-. Do check them !
