The Theater is recently renowned and its a decent upgrade from the old one. The screen and the seats were good although it can more better. Pros: 1. Newly renewed seats 2. Base ticket fare as other theater 3. It has balcony option Cons: 1. 3D movie is not worth watching here as the 3D glass are not properly maintained + the sound system isn't Dolby or Sony its just a basic speaker as home theater. 2. Parking are a big task because of very small parking area. 3. Popcorn/canteen is not worth of buying. 4. A/C is not properly maintained. 5. Only 1 Screen 6. Since it's only 1 screen they allow us inside only before 5 mins of movie starts, because of which unnecessary crowds are created. 7. No waiting/Seating area available. 8. Clearly the handler of the screen isn't experienced person as the sound + lights is not on/off while you watch the movie.

I had recommended this theatre about 3 years ago when I first watched a movie here. Recently, I went again to watch Coolie and had a really bad experience. The theatre is not properly maintained – there was a bad smell, the seats were uncomfortable, and instead of enjoying the movie, I could only see the heads of the people sitting in front of me. Please maintain or renovate the seat structure; it currently looks like an old Mahalakshmi theatre. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Don't come here to enjoy it's has the worst atmosphere.Seats are fully loaded with sand.Those who have dust allergy don't ever enter here.Snacks is very costly and also the worst no freshness.Its not worth for even 1 rating.
