I recently bought spare parts for my bike from this shop. Before purchasing, they clearly gave their word that they had a mechanic available to fix and ready the bike. Because of that assurance, we did not bargain and trusted them. However, after the purchase, they only handed over the spare parts and said we had to arrange a mechanic ourselves. When we questioned them about their earlier promise, they spoke very rudely. This kind of behavior is disappointing. Worst spare shop – beware Very bad experience at this automobile spare shop in Pudupet. The owner is rude and dishonest. He took ₹15,000 advance, promised all spares would be ready in one hour, but made us wait from afternoon till night. He gave duplicate, very low-quality spares that did not fit my bike. None of the parts were original. Even local products are sold at full MRP with no discount at all, which is unfair. When asked for refund or replacement, he refused completely and did not listen. His intention is clearly to trap customers with advance payment and force them to accept cheap parts. Do not visit this shop. Do not give advance money.
