I came across a low-mileage 3 Series for sale and decided to check it out, but after putting in a lot of effort, I realized it had more problems than expected. First off, the car had been in multiple accidents, including one that was pretty significant. This wasn’t disclosed by the dealer, and when I asked about it, they claimed they didn’t know. That’s either dishonesty or a lack of proper due diligence—neither of which is acceptable. On top of that, the car had several electrical issues that hadn’t been informed in the listing. It was registered in a different state/UT, meaning I’d have to pay a hefty tax, and the car was priced comparable to a state with a higher tax. The dealer couldn’t even negotiate with the owner to sort it out. What really annoyed me was being asked to pay close to ₹50,000 in fees which added zero value. This experience makes it clear that their business model needs a lot of improvement. With a customer base that’s mostly HNIs and influential individuals, you need to step up your game—big time. Just my honest feedback and a two-star review based on real experience.

I love my car and it's my husband's dream to drive and it's perfect for our little family. I am thrilled with their friendly service, fair prices, and the zero-pressure approach from the sales team. Highly recommend them and will definitely be back when it’s time to replace the car.
