I had been treated for Kidney disorders at MGM Healthcare, Aminjikarai. Their facilities are state of the art, staff professional & courteous. Special thanks to Senior Consultant Surgeon, Dr. Shivraj Bharathkumar for treating me He has a team of commendable young doctors that made my admission and stay a breeze. I am pleasantly surprised and grateful to their food and pantry services.

Hospital: 5 star Parking: 0 star The annexure parking space is littered with medical and food waste stuffed in green bags, attracting rodents and crows. This is not only an unacceptable hygiene issue but also a serious health hazard for visitors, patients, and staff. In addition, the presence of rodents poses a real risk of damage to vehicles, especially the wiring. yet we are charged a hefty parking fee with the expectation of basic safety and cleanliness. Moreover, even though a multilevel car parking facility is available, parking operators often refuse to allow us to use it and instead direct us to the annexure parking. I strongly urge the management to address this issue immediately by improving waste disposal, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the parking area is safe and sanitary. This level of negligence seriously impacts trust and overall patient experience.

I had a very good experience at MGM Healthcare. The service and care provided were excellent. I would like to specially appreciate Ward Boy T. Arun Kumar, Security Shakeela, and Supervisor Ramakrishnan for their kindness, professionalism, and helpful attitude. They were very supportive and made the whole experience comfortable. I am very satisfied with the care provided at the Dialysis Unit at MGM Healthcare. The patient care is truly 5-star. The doctors, nurses, and support staff are very attentive, kind, and professional. They make sure patients are comfortable and closely monitored throughout the dialysis session. The unit is very well maintained and hygienic. Special appreciation to Prema Akka and Subramani Sir from the housekeeping team for doing a great job in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. Their effort really creates a safe and pleasant environment for patients. Highly recommend this dialysis unit for excellent care and cleanliness.

We had a wonderful experience at MGM Healthcare for my daughter-in-law’s delivery. The doctors and staff are incredibly kind and provided great emotional support before her C-section. Our baby boy was born preterm and spent a few days in the NICU due to breathing difficulties. We were very worried, but the team gave daily updates and counseling to the baby's parents that kept us strong. Thanks to the expert doctors and dedicated nurses, the baby recovered perfectly and is now home! The hospital is very clean, well-equipped, and organized. We especially liked that the dietician-approved meals were served right to the room. A huge thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of our daughter-in-law and our precious grandson. You have brought so much happiness to our family.
