i bought deep fryer gas and electric both were good and mainly their customer support is very friendly and excellent, which most companies dont offer.

Very poor customer service no proper response very very worst atitude staff.staff very rude to customer.people plsss wake up don't buy any machinery from Lakshmi food machinery very cheap staff

Poor customer service and poor follow up. Purchased a vegetable cutter on March 30, 2023. Company executive one Mr.kathir promised to send us additional blades. (20 mm). We have Made ten to fifteen calls to the company. Still they have not delivered the blades. Only empty promises. The VEGETABLE CUTTER is unusable. Waste of Rs.27,000 Think twice before you travel from faraway places and buy machinery from here. Review posted on 24.05.23.

Hi friends my name is akash iam from villupuram i purchased instent rice grinder from last 3 months from lakshmi industry I received the product by damage I call to company for replacing the product the company person says that transportation is ur risk if damage means u have to bare the cost ok i aked the what the cost they say 1200 to change the damage rice try the total machine cost is 30000 rs i had the worst experience with company person they are not responding properly they only working for money pls think before purchasing the product from lakshmi industry... Bad company with the customer service
