Worst customer service i never seen in any of the branch in SBI. There will be only one queue for deposit, withdraw, account closure and everything. I advice customer dont ever go to new washermenpet branch for opening accountsaccounts or any FD's.

This branch has worst attitude issue, especially with counter staffs are lazy to the core. people are coming to pledge their gold for the urgent purpose but these lazy attitude staffs are talking their own sweet time. Even its been have highlighted the branch manager but no use. If this is the case is following, next step on the serious note, we will send the letter to Our Honorable Finance Minister.

Very very worst experience the unprofessional and uncooperative behavior I experienced from your front desk staff at tondiarpet branch. When I approached them with my queries, the staff members were not only unhelpful but also responded in a very rude manner. They showed no interest in attending to customers properly and were dismissive in their attitude. This behavior is highly disappointing and not what I would expect from a reputed institution like yours.

Worst bank ever to apply for a gold loan.They will make you to wait from morning to evening. The staff will also respond very rude, no proper guidance. Better go for some other branches.

Worst branch the customer services is horrible and my wife is pregnant and they waited us more than 2 hours and they have token system which is supportive to the customer the staff doing their personalise works and not does Customer service suggest my wife close her account and my family members changed their ac don’t do any this branch is very worst
