In this shop all product quality is worst, Spare parts is more Expensive. Worst Service.

They do not know how to communicate with customers. Very rude and arrogant behaviour. Very worst approach with customers. They are since 1972 but only 11 of them given reviews. The owner also behaved with headlong attitude. I don't advice anyone to buy on this shop. The owner and the staff will do pickle with their products.

Ensons Electronics is a complete disaster. They are cheaters. If the customer is senior citizen, then they start showing attitude, they cheat them. My father travelled around 50kms to collect the speakers given for service, which not even worked for a month. He showed his bill on his mobile also the online bill. But the unresponsive management abused my father with irrelevant words, they charged Rs.4000 with fine( The total value of the speaker is 6k)as my father didn’t bring the paper bill. As my father denied to pay 4K, our speaker gone& 6k money also got looted by this shop. They are fraud dealers, they sell the products which come for service. Be cautious guys, the product also doesn’t work exceeding a month. Don't waste your time and money on this unreliable brand.

Yesterday I went to buy an amplifier speaker from Ensons and met the promoter Mr Pawan for a solution. He first suggested that we try to get the old amplifier speaker checked for repairs and if not possible, then we will choose new ones. So I got my old amplifier checked and got it repaired from Ensons. Cost was Rs 500/- while the new one would have costed Rs 10k roughly. Savings about 9.5k. It’s not just the savings, it’s the promoter’s willingness and guidance to get the old one repaired first and use it to the core. Very thoughtful and highly appreciative considering the current business pressures that we are currently in. Highly recommended for a trustworthy and ethical business place
