Worst place to purchase electrical items for your house. They are so lazy to even show you the available models around your preferred choices. If you ask for Legrand switch they will show you only the legrand switch, then you need to ask for the board separately, box separately. Total waste of time. Their prices are not at all competitive.

Good shop with enough of brands and electrical and electronic materials. Works on Sundays also. They are the specialists in Elac geysers. Purchased a horizontal geyser; free delivery and technician charges Rs 300. Decent job was done and delivery happened on the same day. Would recommend the store to all.

We had a good idea to visit here in this stores there were multiple materials which gave us a better choice with gentle manner they attained

The owner (the senior person) is very arrogant, uncultured and misbehaves with people. Being just an electric shop owner, strange to see such behaviour, and not bothered to even how to talk with others.

I bought 4 1.5 ton Blue Star ACs here. One didn’t work from Day 2. I raised a complaint, the Blue Star technicians came 4 times and tried fixing it, they even took it to the factory to test it and reinstalled it again. But it is still not working. They are not replacing the AC and I am now stuck with a AC that is not working and I lost 45000rs. Lesson learned: they’ll follow up until they make sales but never care when there is a fault.
