Went to this place to order some meds... The meds are important and shouldn't be missed. Missing one dose will have an impact to your body... Had the stock for 2 more days so went here to check if it's available... Before going to muthu pharmacy I had been to other pharmacies but they did not have the meds... Murhu pharmacy has a good brand value so went here... As usual the meds were not available and I was about to go try buying the meds from other places... But the person who works here insisted me not to go anywhere and he will get it delivered at my place... Visited this store around 10am on Tuesday and he promised to deliver by 1pm .... Visited the store again at 8pm as they were telling 30 mins every time I call them... Even then they did not want to give the true information and again said 30mins.... Today is Sunday and it is 5 days since I asked for the meds... Even today if I call they are saying 30mins... Not sure what is 30mins in their dictionary... Message to Muthu pharmacy board... You are one of the best pharmicies in Chennai... Don't let these irresponsible branches to lose your face value.... BTW I got the meds... Went to a small medical shop... They also didn't have but got it ordered and delivered the next day... DO NOT PLAY WITH CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE SERIOUSNESS
