Had a very pleasant experience with NORMS. Care taker Kaladevi was very polite and sincere. Very professional Coordination by Ms Suman. Thanks to both the staff.

The office staff especially Ms Suman , were courteous and efficient. They even made a house visit a few days after sending the attendant to check the conditions in which their young staff would be staying and vice versa , how we were coping with our new attendant . The attendant did not seem to have all the qualifications or training as the offfice had indicated would be provided. Considering their premium charges , it would be good if the attendant could have had PRACTICAL training about how to assist the patients correctly while getting into and out of bed, while accompanying them for a walk etc . Having said that , Ms. Shanmugasundari , who was assigned to my mother had an excellent disposition, accommodating nature and interest to learn . So, as I’m a medical professional myself , I was able to instruct her on how to care for my mom who had just under gone shoulder surgery & get the assistance required from her . All in all it was a pleasant experience. Thank you team NORMS

We have had an excellent experience with NORMS staff. I have used their services many times for my mother and have recommended them to all my friends who have also had a very good experience. The staff are very polite and caring and humane...which is so very important at times of illness. They are also extremely prompt and efficient in their care and in keeping the family of patients informed. I also find the staff alert and vigilant which is comforting for me as family. This is all that is needed in times of difficulty. Above all they are all gentle and very understanding....this is exactly what patients and their families need. Hats off to the administration and staff. I would confidently say that they are the only ones I would leave my aged mother to if i am not in town or available.I know they will care for her even better than me! I highly recommend them. And am deeply grateful for such an organisation.
