I have recently purchased a flat with firm foundation and truly satisfied with coordination, support and adjustment to internal customization as needed. Raji, Jayshree and Meganathan has been reachable for any clarification and support. It's a amazing journey throughout the entire process and it was a smooth and seamless handover as per estimated date for occupancy. Even after handover they are always approachable for any maintenance support. Once again it a remarkable experience in owing a flat from such a prestigious group of builder.

We did a Joint venture with Firm foundations in Korattur. Firm's Excellence in Construction is well known. They have done an excellent job with the project and we are glad that we chose to partner with them. Firm's MD and his team are very professional, courteous, and easy to work with. My special thanks to MD sir, Tasnim madam, Raji madam, and design lead Aishwarya. I also thank all the engineers and other staff members who were involved in the project.
