We went around 7.30 pm , this shop didnt have the very famous malai bun as well as malai tea 🤷🏻♂️ Ordered normal tea and nothing new or unique
Located near prime hotspot at anna nagar near ayyappan temple, one of the finest tea and coffee will be available here. The milk they used here is of rich quality. When u tasted the tea or coffee u will feel that u r taking an elite one. Not too pricy can be affordable. Should everyone try this out. Hope it was helpful.

Good chai an absolute place to chill with bunch of friends. The brands colour scheme go well with the interiors Positive: Cost efficient Varieties of Chai Sandwiches Negative: Maggies can be ignored Sometimes it gets super crowded. Also you might find hard to get parking for your cars
Malai Tea was good. The Malai Bun is topped with Malai and Jaggery. Make sure u go around 6.30pm r the malai bun will be over.
