Just know I bought mutton biriyani,350 rs , there was more masala instead of rice. Peace also 2 only that too only bone. Egg was also not their when asked the response was not good. This may spoil your restaurant reputation

We gone with a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, after telling the order of 1 mutton briyani and Chicken 65, briyani....Fortunately I planned a addtional order a chicken briyani, if Mutton tastes real raw smell, since my wife don't like, but they immediately told 2 leaves only provided for one briyani , where i never faced such an experience in my 40yrs of dine in experience. The owner of this restaurant has to take care of this management issue. Food is good.

Today I tried their Chicken 65 Briyani, quantity and taste wise it was good, for the price of Rs.320 it could have been more better. They have a small hall, so avg waiting time is around 15 mins. Their seraga samba Briyani was not available.

Really don't know why there are so many negative reviews. Place is exactly similar to Egmore in terms of taste, quality, flavour, meat quantity, service and overall aroma. Really don't know why so many people are faulting it. Good location (cnr of 2 main roads), traffic facing, clean interiors. A bit limited on seating but dare I say it's the best Biryani chain in Chennai! There is no reduction in service, quality, quantity or flavour between this branch and Egmore. It's totally the same and Great nonetheless! Everyone should give this branch a go!

I bought this briyani today November 26 2025 at newly opened kalayana briyani near egmore (co optex) I went evening at 7.30. No one is there in the restaurant. I told the person to order 65 briyani for parcel. The person took 15 minutes. After i reached my place i had that briyani. Its tasteless and feel it's not freshly cooked. If the don't have fresh biriyani they should have informed but now i wasted my money. Food is good . Please serve good food. We are not getting it free. We are paying our hard earned money for food .
