I recently traveled with Murugan Travels, and I’m extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism and accountability. During the trip, I had issues with both the hotel rooms and the tourist places, and when I tried to reach out to their team for help, there was no proper response. The hotel rooms provided were in terrible condition – dirty, uncomfortable, and far from what was promised. I immediately contacted Murugan Travels to request a room change, but despite repeated follow-ups, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. It was incredibly frustrating not to receive any assistance or even an acknowledgment of the issue. In addition, the tourist places included in the itinerary were nothing like what was advertised. Some of the locations were poorly maintained or simply not worth visiting. Again, when I tried to contact them to alter the itinerary or substitute spots for better options, there was no effort to accommodate or even acknowledge my concerns. Overall, Murugan Travels has shown a complete lack of responsibility in addressing issues during the trip. Their customer service is practically non-existent, and their inability to make necessary changes or resolve problems made the entire experience frustrating and unpleasant. I would not recommend booking with them, as they seem more focused on taking your money than actually delivering a quality travels.

Worst travel agency I have ever come across. Their staff doesn't even know even a small details about any packages. They mostly have group tours. When we ask for customised tour, they say it can be done but they are not even sure of how to do it. It is very explicitly known by the way they blink blindly.when I asked them regarding genting cruise in Singapore they are explaining about kochi-mumbai cruise 😠 then they told 9 days tour is there in which all the 9 days will be inside cruise 😂Its very funny and pity to know that the staff who works in a travel agency is not aware of even what I know. I would suggest the management first to train their staff on what packages you have. Without knowing that the customers cannot book you or even if they book you they will be left so disappointed. I am worried about the passengers who book Murugan travel agency by believing what the staff say. Bcuz it's so evident that they are simply blabbering whatever comes in their mouth. And the worst part is when I was discussing about a package there came an another customer for which that staff pointed me a different chair and asked me to sit there. I left immediately on seeing the hospitality that they have. I will never imagine to book even a local bus ticket in this agency. It's located in vadapalani.

We went for manali trip on this Jan 11th 2026 and We had a worst experience in our trip due to the vehicle.. they provided innova Crysta for the whole trip.. 4 from my family and 2 from other family.. it's very disgusting. Since it is a long travel time they need to provide good and comfortable vehicle.. we called them during our trip but no one responded and didn't even pick our call..(but for booking they will call us 1000 times if any negative feedback from ourside they didn't even pick call) other family members didn't even go last seat so we 4 ourselves adjusted in the whole 5 days trip.. last day they didn't provide us dinner atleast they should compensate for the next day lunch but they didn't do that.. we felt very uncomfortable in murugan travels.. I need compensation for this..

I joined Mantralaya and shridi trip. In trip very nice arrangement food, accomodation very good. Guide person approch very nice. I wants to give suggestions arrange also food in travelling due to age above 60 persons are joined in trip. They cannnot get down station get food. Pl arrange. Tks to SMTA

We would not recommend booking with them, as they seem more focused on taking your money than actually delivering a quality travels. Our humble request to the people who wanted to plan your trip through this agent, pls think multiple times before booking with them, as we had encountered pathetic experience with Murugan Travel Agency.
