The worst briyani I've ever had in my life.. it's not worth for ₹120,it's tastes like Tomato rice. They gave only one chicken pieces even I asked why there's is one only piece.. my suggestion don't eat briyani there if don't want to waste your penny...
Meals is ok... Briyani is below average. If you want to eat here you must wait for an hour... Within that your lunch time will get over and you must return back to your office...
Very nice food and nice Andhra style food. Fantastic food and non veg and veg
Sai Swarna Andhra Restaurant in Nungambakkam is a culinary haven, offering a mix of delightful flavors with a few nuances that deserve mention. The Chicken Biryani and Gobi Rice were certainly highlights, showcasing the culinary prowess of the kitchen. The aromatic biryani and perfectly spiced Gobi rice added a burst of Andhra authenticity to the dining experience. However, the same enthusiasm didn't extend to the Chicken 65, and it left me somewhat disappointed. The serving size was minimal, with just seven tiny pieces served in a paper palette, and the pricing of Rs. 120 felt quite exorbitant for what was offered. This left a dent in an otherwise enjoyable dining experience. What truly left me disheartened was the lack of customer-friendliness. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was not as inviting as I'd hoped. The staff seemed disinterested, and their service left much to be desired. The presentation of the Chicken 65 in a paper palette felt like a stark departure from the dining experience I anticipated. The overall ambiance of the restaurant also fell short of expectations. The lack of warmth and attention to customer experience made it less inviting for a leisurely meal. The team's approach seemed rushed, and there was an overall disconnect between the culinary delights offered and the customer engagement. In conclusion, while Sai Swarna Andhra Restaurant impresses with its biryani and Gobi rice, improvements in customer service, pricing transparency, and ambiance could elevate the dining experience to match the culinary delights it promises. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback constructively to create a more satisfying experience for future patrons.
Food taste is average. Price is the normal rate. But customer service is the very worst. They treat us like enemies. When you go to eat at lunchtime, you are definitely an hour late to eat. Hotel management should consider this.
