I sent a courier to the USA on 5th. It is 14th and it still hasn't reached USA. Over and above that they are lying. I am terribly disappointed. it was supposed to be a parcel for friends for Christmas. Now thanks to these guys it hasn't reached them on time.
Never use this for sending gifts to Germany through FedEx. It will never reach. Although they check the contents before packing and agree to ship by taking huge amount to courier, FedEx do not take the responsibility to negotiate with the customs in Germany for the permissible items. Both this packers and FedEx don't reply to your delayed or held in customs. My package containing eatables mainly Home made duly checked and packed by them and shipped to Berlin by FedEx on 11th October has not reached till date. Both are Not Trustworthy
