Waste service provider the parcel took 8 days to reach in website it says I was not available while delivery took place but the matter is no one came for delivery at all And they are not even mentioning about the charges which will occur I booked the parcel with them the said duty will be charged it’s ok about the duty but while receiving the parcel it charged me with the brokerage fees with ups The guys at the office never mentioned that and the charges should be bared by the garudavega why we need to pay the brokerage. As if they are charging the huge amount for packing only I would never recommend anyone to book with them.

Useless fellow sitting there. He doesn’t know what he is doing except packing. Sent a package of old clothes on 28.08.2021. He had put the value as Rs.15000/ and my son had to pay a duty of 108 Euros as duty at Germany. He never asked me and being first timer I was not aware of these things. When complained to the owner, a lady, she didn’t bother. Please don’t go there. I was told west Mambalam branch is doing good service.

120kgs weight so humble and kind home pick up

Not a good experience. After calling and confirming parcel size and days to reach we bought everything and on reaching the place they tell us they can’t do 10kg only 15. Moreover they said it’ll take 10 days to reach. And were extremely rude, disrespectful and while packing just dumped everything together and were not careful with fragile items. We then decided not to send thru Garuda and did our business with DHL instead. Our parcel reached abroad in 4days.
