I'm extremely disappointed with the behavior of the field worker who delivered my parcel today. He was very rude and used inappropriate language, which is unacceptable.The delivery personnel, who seemed to be from the Mylapore branch behaved manner that lacked basic courtesy and human manners. I sincerely request that in future such responsibilities be assigned to well-trained and respectful staff.

Avoid if you value your package! Unresponsive, arrogant, inaccessible and worst of all lose packages …

Very worst service at mylapore branch till now I sended 4 to 5 parcels all 5 orders has reach customer after 2 days or 3rd day only that to we have to call and say please deliver ... they will simply put door locked or customer not available and delay the delivery .. that person response in a lethargic way ..

Worse service. Very rude behaviour at Mylapore branch. No patience to even reply. Request the management to employee customer friendly staff.

Worst service. This guy seems to be a scam I wanted to send a courier to Aizawl. This guy replied on normal message. Don't do any transaction with this office. They are fraud, they take the payment, don't send the courier and cheat people. DON'T USE ST COURIER IN ANY OFFICE. THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS.
