Very rude behaviour from the staff. Not ready to listen to the customers for their grievances. Despite reaching out to the shop for the services of my appliances, they fail to register the service request. Reached out to nanganallur branch for the service of my LG ac which I bought from this branch last year. They failed to initiate the request despite multiple requests. When I visited the shop on day 4 from.the date of complaint for the update, I found that they have not even initiated the request from their end. Very disappointed with their behaviour. Customer care not help though. I strongly recommend not to visit this shop for any purchase. Instead please do get it from other brands available near by.

Mattamana kadai! Worst service of highest order. When you BUY a fridge from vasanth & co nanganallur, and ask for installation details and procedure, the representatives at vasanth & co would answer/reply irresponsibly saying "vittha apparom nanga enna panradhu". So people, do yourself some good. Avoid this place at all cost. Buy it elsewhere.

Very poor experience at Vasanth & Co. Paid full amount on 3rd Jan 2026 for Butterfly Trio 3B stove with Pongal delivery, but later said the piece was not available. No proper response even after 10 days of follow-up. Had to visit showroom and get a refund. Washing machine delivery also disappointing — delivery charges were already included in the bill (₹254 + GST), yet the delivery person demanded extra ₹300 without prior information. Very unprofessional and lack of transparency.

Have been to this branch for multiple purchases. Very warm customer service and it has been a great experience shopping here. Would highly recommend this over other shops in Nanganallur. Special thanks to Sales Person Soorya and Manager Gopu for their service.

Very worst experience . Hi Team, Recently, I purchased a Samsung soundbar from your showroom. During the purchase, the sales representative, Soorya, coordinated with me and clearly confirmed that the product supported Dolby Atmos. However, the product I received supports only Dolby Audio, which is not what was committed at the time of sale. When we tried to reach out for clarification and resolution, there has been no proper update. The representative is not attending calls, and each time I am forced to visit the showroom personally just to get a status update. This has been a very disappointing and inconvenient experience. Now, I am being asked to wait for several more days to return the product, which adds to the frustration caused by incorrect information and lack of responsiveness. Vasanth & Co has built a strong reputation over the last 45 years, and customers like us trust your brand for transparency and service. I request you to kindly ensure that sales personnel assigned to customers have complete and accurate knowledge of the products they sell. Alternatively, please ensure that the store is managed in a way that knowledgeable staff are available at all times. I hope this issue will be addressed promptly and professionally.
