Best customer service. During the month of may, I required a piece of jewellery last minute so I called them up sceptical and asked them to send it over via courier. The owner of the shop gave me so much assurance "Neenga Kavalai Padadeenga safe ah varum, nan gurantee" which was enough for me to place the order and send the money. And later in the following months I visited the shop and purchased few more items from the shop. It's trustworthy, value for money and sturdy

Price are very high and owner is very arrogant. Customer service not good. Covering jewels they are pricing like real jewelry. Kindly check for nearby shops .if we go to t nagar we can buy half the price what they are selling.

One stop place for all your arangetram jewellery. Staffs here are so friendly and they have lots of patience and knowledge. Especially Pavithra and subulakshmi. They both helped us in selection, taking pics, doing video call with anyone to decide. They say No for anything. Price here are reasonable. This shop is quite big but no place for car parking. Overall i had a good experience in this shop. I have posted many pics which i have taken. Like those of you are happy

Price very high . Quality not that good. Poor customer service. If we ask for discount he is saying he will add gst in the bill and then give discount. And He demands cash for purchase and if we pay in cash he will give discount of Rs 40 for a bill of Rs : 2640. For covering jewels they are selling at a huge price .... And Owner has a very Rude behaviour And owners son says this is wholesale price. Misleading customers and selling products. Giving warranty for covering jewel is a Gimmick. So Be aware before purchasing here and check for some others Shops as well. My personal opinion check the Cov jewels well And compare with others shops before buying. Surely you can save a decent amount of money.

Incredibly helpful staff and very good quality ornaments. I recently purchased some jewelery that I wanted shipped to bangalore for a program. The staff quickly got on a video call, helped with various options and quickly dispatched it and it reached the destination in under 24 hours.
