I advise you not to visit this hospital. The treatment here is extremely poor. They treat your teeth without your knowledge and proper explanation. They give you an appointment but never follow it. Every time they assure you that your problem will be solved in the next visit, but it never happens. I was given an appointment on September 1st for my final treatment, and today is October 15th. When I went for my final procedure today, they repeated the same thing — they didn’t complete the treatment and asked me to come again for another appointment. They still haven’t explained what the actual problem is. They’ve marked my case as an “examine case,” so it feels like they’re just treating patients formally until their exam period arrives.
I had an appointment for a root canal today, Feb 04, 2026. I was previously advised to arrive by 8:30 AM, so I arrived 15 minutes early. However, it is now past 11:30 AM and I have been waiting for more than three hours. It is clear that 'first-come, first-served' is not being followed, and the queue is not being properly managed by college administration team. Where poorly mismanaged the patients queue. However, the treatment itself was successful and I finally have relief from the pain. A big thanks to the students and doctors for their work.
Dr. Khavya is absolutely amazing! I recently got tooth braces done with them and the results are truly extraordinary. From the initial consultation to the final reveal, the entire process was smooth and painless. Dr. Khavya and their team are so professional, caring, and genuinely invested in getting my smile i have always wanted. The transformation is incredible - my confidence has soared! I highly recommend Dr. Khavya to anyone looking for top-notch orthodontic care. Five stars isn't enough - they're the best!
I am R. Padmanabhan, 73 years. My experience with SBDC Hospital was more than three years. This year my experience was about three months from 1.9.2025 to 2. 12.25. The last spell was happened to take treatment from Dr. Remitha. I will have to mention this because her treatment and the hospitality was remarkable. I felt more comfortable. With 3 years of experience I noticed lot of changes in the hospital w.r. to patients requirements, such as toilet facility made available in first floor, to the patients especially senior citizens feel comfortable. Payments made comfortably in the treatment floor itself which I felt more comfortable. Comparatively RCT waiting period was shorten when compare to pervious years. Canteen facility is very nice. Supervising floor incharge DOCTORS may get involve better especially First floor in annexe building. Expecting SBD College hospital more improvements in future. My best wishes to SBD College hospital and everyone. My special wishes to the manager in main building. UG student Miss. Charulatha may be given good training to hear throughly to catch up what's patients requirement is.
Not recommended . Don’t go for the treatment unless it is very minor. they’re using the patient for their practice. I was used for the practice. Not focused on successfully completing the treatment. professors and senior doctors wants to give training and learn from the patients even if it critical. Used me as like rat for their practice and treatment was like mechanic handling bike and car. many trial and errors. so i stopped my treatment over there. one thing we can appreciate , every one will communicate with respect . that’s all. but respect with words is basic hospitality.
