Not at all worth for even 1star rating Absolutely unacceptable experience with Image Tailor Dont blindly go with that lady posh look and that shop's bright attractive at the start of road. Worst tailor shop ever experienced, she simply longing you wait. If today also i havent gone there means she simply keep our dresses at her shop. I gave my dresses for alteration on March 6th, and till today, nothing has been done. Every time I call, I hear the same “I’ll do it” response, but there is zero action. It’s just repeated excuses with no delivery. There is a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers’ time. The attitude is extremely careless and dismissive, which makes the whole experience even worse. I genuinely don’t want anyone else to go through this kind of frustration and waste of time. Please think twice before giving your clothes here.
