Its a one stop shop for all banking requirements with facilities like retail, foreign exchange, loans, tax remitence , all under one roof.

Worst ever service. The only thing is all staff were govt staff, so they are so lathigic in there work n the way behaviour with the customers were so worst. What is the use of putting review, no use.

The current AGM is a mannerless, despicable, arrogant literate whose lack of professionalism is going to bring down the already ruined reputation of the bank.

ONE OF THE FOUR LARGEST BANKS next to SBI, ICICI and BOBaroda. In general, PNB - Punjab National Bank is socially responsive Bank. It has bagged Golden Peacock award and an award from Business World. In this direction this Luz branch also remain socially responsive Bank..This branch is in Luz church road off LUZ.corner.

We had visited this branch a couple of years ago and were highly impressed by the Foreign exchange & HRMS Dept. We were assisted by Mr. Suryakant and Mr. Swaroop - both outstanding officials. Their work ethic & customer service was impeccable, they were incredibly patient & meticulous, and went above & beyond to get the work done. Am told, Mr. Suryakant has moved to a different branch, while Mr. Swaroop continues his excellent service here. I do hope this feedback reaches both of them and wish everyone at the location all the very best.
