My overall experience was disappointing. The rooms were not well maintained, the blankets and towels were old and unclean. When I requested room service, the soup was served in a one-use plastic container, and the food tasted just average. The biggest concern was hygiene, the room and bed had bedbugs and cockroaches, which made it difficult to sleep. On the positive side, the rooms are spacious, and the lounge is decently designed. However, poor maintenance and cleanliness seriously affect the overall stay experience.

Extremely Unprofessional – Strongly Not Recommended!! I had booked this hotel for our guest, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. The behaviour of the hotel staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for anyone in the hospitality business. They showed no courtesy, no responsibility, and no basic respect towards our guest. Based on this experience, I strongly advise all customers, corporates, and travel partners never ever book or recommend this hotel. If you do so, I am certain you will face an experience far worse than what anyone should expect while dealing with a hotel. The management is clearly unfit to run this type of business, and their attitude can easily spoil an important visit or a business engagement. I will never consider this hotel again, and I hope others avoid going through such a terrible and disappointing experience.

Vadapalani Vijay park is the worst hotel. I refferd this hotel for function and I regret now. The function hall bathroom was ugly and my vomited, I bmbever was such worst bathrooms with out public corporations toilets. The function hall. Service was toooooo bad 👎. I did my daughter's 1st birthday function 19 years back and now the state of this hotel is worst. I thought of taking pictures but it was worst even to look at it 2nd time to take pictures.

We hosted a corporate drinks event in Vijay Park at Arumbakkam and we had a great experience. The venue was well prepared, the atmosphere was professional, all staffs were very friendly and attentive throughout. Special thanks for the manager – Mr Lakshmi Pathi, he ensured that all our guest were treated with professionalism and courtesy. Ambiens, hospitality, food, and drinks were all excellent. A reliable and welcoming hotel for corporate gatherings. Highly recommended.

Rating so low that even stars would start crying. May be this place was relevant before dinosaurs, but not any more. I stayed there for 2 nights for business purpose. Was welcomed by the cockroaches that danced in the entire bathroom. The bellboy, in the name of a tip, walked with me with a small pouch containing 1 sachet of clinic plus, 1 nariyal tel pouch, 1 soap to be used for both hand wash and bathing, and 1 toothpaste/ brush. The doormat was so dirty that even my house mop is cleaner than that. Offered an elaborate menu but only served 3 dishes every night. Restaurant was so old that even flies had forsaken the place. Instead mosquitoes were flying at 9am over the food that itself seemed bored and cold. Cut fruits were too inferior to eat. Will pick this hotel again only if the other option is to sleep on the road.
