Hidden gem on SP road. Recently got 3 of old laptops working again. Very professional service. They had to do motherboard level repairs to get two of my laptops to work again. Something even the Authorised Dell Service Center could not do. Also very reasonable service cost. Highly recommend.

I took my laptop for repair, and they told me it had water damage. They claimed to have ordered a replacement part to fix it. However, after getting it repaired, I feel misled because the only visible repair on the motherboard is soldering on the damaged connection—there’s no sign of any replaced part. Charging ₹5000 for this seems excessive. Additionally, it looks like they tried to open my screen, as the plastic cover hiding the screws on my Asus TUF is missing. Despite this, I trusted them with my iPhone for a battery replacement. While they did the job, they mistakenly touched my camera lens, and now my iPhone 14’s wide-angle camera is damaged. I don’t recommend this place. I went based on reviews, but after hearing them talk to other customers, I noticed they tend to exaggerate issues. They don’t outright cheat or steal parts, but their workmanship is questionable. In my case, the repair involved soldering and reconnecting a damaged connection on the motherboard—definitely a technical task, but not something that justifies ₹5000, especially when they falsely claimed to have replaced a part.
