My 2Lakh worth laptop was drowned in water. I took it showroom, they said it would cost me 15K as most of the hardware needs to be changed. In addition to this, they said all my data would be erased. I came to this store with no hopes but it turned out to be a bliss. The guy is an expert. He had a look inside. Said he will give it in a day. He charged me 2K and all my data was present. It's been two months and my laptop is still running well. Appreciate the support provided. Cheers!

I had a very disappointing experience with MS Computer Technician, Mr. Vijay. He made a commitment to come and fix my computer, making me wait the entire evening, but he neither showed up nor informed me of any change in plans. At 9:02 pm, he gave a one-ring call, which seemed more like an attempt to validate that he called rather than an actual effort to get in touch, as it was clear by then he had no intention of coming. The next day, he messaged me, claiming that my phone was switched off, which was completely untrue. When scheduling the appointment, I clearly mentioned that if he couldn’t reach me by phone, he should come directly to the address provided. Despite this, he failed to show up or communicate effectively. This unprofessional behavior and lack of respect for my time are unacceptable. I will no longer be using his services.
