The wide variety of the merchandise is overshadowed by the clear gaps in their customer service and procedural standards. The lack of engagement from the sales staff and, critically, the incompetence, unprofessionalism, and potential bias displayed by the billing clerk are unacceptable for a high-end store. They should review their staff training protocols, particularly at the point of sale, to ensure every customer is treated with the respect and procedural diligence that a substantial purchase warrants.

Very unfriendly staff. Awful and traumatic experience . First I waited 20 minutes at the counter waiting from my chosen stole to come from second floor and finally when it came, it was handed over to the other customer as they claimed it to be theirs. May be the second floor staff would have mixed it up. Otherwise also the whole staff was very haughty, uptight and was looking at customers with a wired kind of suspicion. Please make your staff visit all the jewellery stores in South Ex. They sell way more precious things than you but makes customers so comfortable and relaxed. Don’t train them to be herd managers! Never coming back. Thanks !

The staff is absolutely horrible ESPECIALLY the owner. She didn’t even care to check cameras for the fault of her staff despite us telling that someone literally snatched our final pieces from the pile DURING BILLING and the staff happily let them go on with such trashy, cheap and uncivilised behaviour!! INSTEAD the egoistic owner of a lady (who btw turns out to be no other than Kulbhushan Ahuja’s wife) took her sweet time to descend from her hiding after a good 10 minutes (by then the snatcher patloon had already left with their ’swift purchase’ ) and instead of apologising on behalf of her smirking staff she had the audacity to tell me how an educated woman only speaks softly - again, mind you the screamers had already left with the snatched items in the garb of just having a look. Legend has it, you cannot sustain a brand with such high headedness. Instead of clalmly mediating and checking footage / listening to your customers - the owners of this brand think its okay to snub and disrespect them. What a waste of time and effort. Thankfully saved our money. Still waiting on a big chunk of our payment to be reversed . Will update once that is done as well. Carefully see the people in the videos/images attached, especially the blue sweater employee and the clueless one behind the counter for they started the whole nonsense. The old woman is the one who came to school me in manners instead of asking what the issue was. THE SHEER AUDACITY. You would assume a place that sells premium/ decent/ well priced items would be very organised, cultured and classy in its management too. But clearly, the footfall as well as the supporting staff is so untrained that its better suited to a stereotypical tea stall. After all, when the owners/ leaders themselves are like this- what can be even expected from the staff. Imagine if they can do this with their regular high paying customers (our bill totalled 3 lacs+), why do you think they would deserve a single penny of your business. Reckless clowns all of them. Just visit another branch where some other Ahuja family member leads (and hope they are wiser lol) if at all you want to buy from this doomed brand. Like seriously, so much money and they couldn’t invest in better managers. Perfect example of how businesses soil their own image and lose the customers that stayed loyal to them for years. UPDATE: I was assured by the egoistic owner herself that the payment will be reversed the following day, however, after calling at least 5 times since morning for a reversal confirmation- I am now being told that it would take another 48 hours for the payment to be returned. Clearly the verbal commitments mean nothing. Mind you this is a Monday conversation and this company doesn’t let you even claim an invoice unless the payment has been received by them on the spot.

1 star because I can't put zero. The sales team is least interested in showing any product. I am particularly pointing to the salesperson handling male shawls at first floor. He was borderline rude and was not at interested in showing us any product. We went there thinking of buying atleast 10-15 shawls for my family members for the incoming wedding. This guy solely made us change our decision.

Had a great shopping experience at Ahujasons. The staff is very friendly and the collection is awesome!!!
