Worst customer service. Staff is full of attitude.gave me unstitched gown after so much of delay.

Dont buy anything from them. They wont give dress on time and also wont make how you told them. Worst experience.

I went to purchase a dress from this shop and I bought that dress and fitting was gonna take time so i asked for porter service and they delivered but once i wore that dress was too tight from bottom so i called them to take it they took it and again they delivered me dress which was torn from one side again i sent it back after that they delivered and again asked me to pay for porter i already paid for once but again they asked and said we will return it in the evening you just pay them and i got agree but till now they didn’t pay the amount of porter and they are refusing it .. so before doing shopping from their shop think about it and the cloth is literally leaving shine on objects for which they insure me that nothing is gonna get removed from this dress but that glitter is spreading all over the area where i was sitting standing # quality zero#money making100%

I booked 2 dresses (for self and daughter) and they gave me a date for delivery. On following up prior to the date, they kept on asking that I should contact on the given date. When I asked a day prior to the date, I was told to come next week. I clearly told them that I have a wedding within the week but then they started arguing that I am not giving them time. I asked for the full refund, but they kept on saying that I am not giving enough time. When i told them that I am working and can't come during the week and they are delaying it, they agreed that they will get it delivered. Even after constant follow-up, the dresses were not sent on the promised day. Even till 8-8:30 pm I was told that the courier guy is coming to pick up the dress. and post that they stopped picking. the next day a delivery guy came with dresses and asked for the delivery charges. When i said that it was a delay from the shop and they offered to get it couriered and the charges were never mentioned (even the application mentioned 0 rs to be paid). On this they threatened me by saying that I will have to pay the delivery charges, else they will ask the guy to bring that dress back. I had no other option, but to give the charges. Now we got to know that the stick was also not appropriate. One dress was too big and other was tight. 1 hr prior to our departure, I had to run around to get the dresses fixed. Hence, a big no to this store.

Most disgusting and garbage they are selling....worst shop to purchase...i heartly suggest to not buy from them they are doing fraud if I can then I will also file complaint about them ...they frauded me that they delivered my lehenga i then I opened it it's totally breaking glasses work torned no finishing work totally torned and bakwas product they delivered......i seriously suggest not to buy from them ......plzzzzzz ....they fooled me .....i don't want them to fool others plzzzz...don't buy from them
