My mom purchased 3 jeans 2 shirts from this shop and one jeans is not fit to me i went shop twice after 9pm its my mistake that i dont the closing time , but on Saturday it means today i went to the shop i show him the item that please change it i want 30size but they refused to change all shop member said this is not our shop clothes i showed him all the pics of jeans and shirt they refused what to do I don't know because i don't have the bills, my mom asked him at the purchasing time but they said just show the carry bag to us and now the owner is saying we sell carry bags rs 2 anyone can claim that we purchased the item , it hurts me i cried and left the shop
This shop's person was very rude and his behaviour was not civilized. He judge the people from their clothes. He said if he showed to customers then customer must have to buy the clothes. ... Very disappointed.
