Already increased the price a lot and giving discount which is of no use

The sales people are not good. They don't even know the exact price of clothes. They tell less than the exact price and later increase the price(exact price). Maybe it's their strategy to sell, but I don't like it! It's astray. Personally, I won't suggest this store to buy clothes. And yeah also humble requests to its manager please train sales people for better consumer experience :)

The staffs are nice But their sale policy can be confusing. It says buy 1 get 3 or 6 etc but sometimes they charge differently, even when it was told that the price of the suit was 11k and get two more suits with it. You'll be charged more depending on the blazer and trouser price. Make sure you make it clear before falling for the buy1 get 6/3/4 etc. location is on the road adjacent to lajpat nagar market.

I purchased this Cobb shirt expecting good quality, but I’m very disappointed. As soon as I washed it, the color started bleeding heavily and came off with the water. Now the shirt looks faded. When I given the produxt baxk to the store, and next day I was informed that the management said they cannot replace the shirt or refund. This is not acceptable for a product from a well-known brand, especially at this price. I followed all proper washing instructions, so clearly, the fabric or dye quality is poor. I do not recommend this product unless the brand improves its quality standards.
