The one star is only for the owner who does not wanted to use the toilet by the customers, but the staff was good but not owner of the shop. Please add some manners in yourselves because someone is paying you.

Worst experience ever. I gave my faded t-shirt for exchange in August, and the shop kept delaying it for months. The owner was rude every time we asked for an update and finally refused to admit they lost it. Instead of solving the issue, he offered another t-shirt in winter — how ridiculous! No professionalism, no manners. Never buying from here again.

I bought three t-shirts from this shop, and one of them faded after just a few washes. The owner said he would send it to the company and inform me once they got a response. I gave the t-shirt on August 20, but after that, there was no proper communication. My mother even visited the shop on September 10, and the owner spoke to her very rudely, saying it was delayed because of Ganesh Chaturthi. Later, I kept calling and visiting, but no update was given. In the end, they lost my t-shirt but refused to accept their mistake. After nearly three months, the owner offered another t-shirt instead, even though I had bought it for summer. Very unprofessional, rude, and arrogant behavior. Not recommended at all.

I purchased clothes worth 14k for my wedding from this store. The staff was very helpful and polite, but I am still giving one star because of the owner’s behavior. The owner has zero manners and no humanity. Even after spending a good amount of money, he did not allow customers to use the washroom. When I asked for drinking water, they said okay, but no one actually provided it. What was more disappointing was the way the owner behaved rudely with his own staff bcoz they allowed us to use washroom for once. The staff deserves appreciation, but the owner’s attitude completely ruined the experience.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this experience was disappointing. I had given one t-shirt (out of three I purchased) for a color issue in August. The shop promised to send it to the company, but there was no response for months. My mother even visited personally, and the owner behaved very rudely. In the end, they didn’t return the same t-shirt and never accepted their mistake. The owner lacks basic customer service skills. Please think twice before shopping here.
