Good experience, nice collection of heavy suits. Picked up a couple outfits on flat 50% off. They altered the outfits to my size and delivered on the same day. Will definitely come back.

Worst service. I bought a stitched lehanga & gave 2 weeks to get the blouse fitted. Even after 2 weeks they only fitted the waist of the blouse. I asked them to correct the fitting instead of working on the blouse. The tailor & female staff was arguing that yhe blouse is correct. They wear such ugly loose fitting blouse only

I recently purchased an unstitched suit from Palji's in Lajpat Nagar, and I'm thrilled with the experience! The owner was exceptionally polite, humble, and went above and beyond to assist us. When we mentioned our specific color preference, he personally showed us the collection, explaining the fabric, design details, and gave us ample time to decide. The service was impeccable! I highly recommend Palji's and look forward to shopping there again.

They don’t even deserve 1 star Worst Experience Ever The owner is extremely rude and has no idea how to talk to customers. The staff is equally unprofessional and careless. On top of that, the tailor’s stitching is terrible — poor fitting, messy work, and zero attention to detail. This shop clearly lacks basic manners and quality. I regret coming here and do not recommend this place at all.
