I had an extremely disappointing and infuriating experience with Saheb Jee in Karol Bagh. Their service is shockingly unprofessional and completely unreliable. Even after giving them clear instructions well in advance and repeatedly reminding them, they still failed to prepare the wedding attire by the promised delivery date. Because of their negligence, I had to deal with unnecessary panic and pressure during an already hectic wedding schedule. To make matters worse, the staff’s attitude was downright rude and arrogant. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they kept making excuses and behaved as if they were doing us a favour. There was absolutely no accountability, no courtesy, and no understanding of how important timely delivery is for wedding outfits. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Saheb Jee.

If there were an option to give zero stars, I’d still feel it’s too generous for this shop.I had a terrible experience with this shop and would never recommend it to anyone. My experience here felt like a full-time job.I had to visit four times for the same suit because of repeated mistakes and poor coordination. The coat length was made too short, and instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me, saying I told them to make it that way — which was never the case. I also gave my pants for alteration, but even after the promised pickup time, they made me wait over 2 hours, saying the “porter couldn’t find the address.”And even after that the alteration was not even done. Now, anyone who understands tailoring knows that once a coat is made, you can’t increase its length — but they still gave me false hope, just to waste a few more days of my time. The owner’s behaviour was extremely rude and arrogant, with zero professionalism. Even after paying the full amount in cash, there was no courtesy, accountability, or respect shown to the customer. Overall, very poor service, and no sense of commitment. Avoid this place — they completely lack professionalism and customer care.

For a wedding garment shop, where timely delivery and good conduct are so important, this kind of attitude is unacceptable. I would not recommend Saheb Jee to anyone, especially for important occasions. Save your time, money, and peace of mind — there are much better and more reliable options elsewhere.

Purchased a sherwani for my special day. Lot of ruckus during on time delivery. Half of the attire had to be couriered due to failed on time delivery. The fitting was worst made. The sherwani was too tight. The kurta made for it was too lengthy beyond sherwani height. Never purchase anything for your special days. Strongly not recommended.

I travelled all the way from Kanpur to collect the sherwani on the promised delivery date, but it was not ready. The staff kept misleading us the entire day with false commitments, saying it would be ready soon. After waiting the whole day, they finally gave the sherwani at 10 PM — and even then, it had fitting issues. The kurta that was supposed to be delivered along with it was not given. When we eventually received it later, the measurements and fitting were completely awful and unacceptable. With just two days left for the wedding, we now have no time to correct their mistakes. To make things worse, the staff was rude, arrogant, and completely unapologetic. Instead of taking responsibility for their delay and poor tailoring, they behaved dismissively and showed no understanding of how important wedding outfits are. There was absolutely no professionalism or accountability. I strongly do not recommend this store, especially for wedding shopping where timelines and perfect fitting are critical.
